Clinic Policies

1) Credit Card on file: All clients must have an active credit card on file to secure their appointment(s).

2) Late Cancellation/No Show/Rescheduling: Please give us at least 24 hours notice from your appointment time if you would like to cancel or reschedule your appointment to avoid the charge.

**Appointments that are Cancelled/rescheduled with less than 24 hours' notice from your appointment time or if you don't show up for your appointment (NO SHOW), will be charged 100% of the scheduled service fee on the credit card secured on file at the time of booking.

If you are late for your appointment then your time will be cut in order to keep other clients on their time and schedule.

3) Refusal of service: I reserve the right to refuse or discontinue treatment at any time. Reasons may include but are not limited to, the following: intoxication, inappropriate comments, sexual or romantic advances, illness, and contagious or unidentified skin conditions. (ex. rashes, warts, mysterious bug bites, etc.) If you are sick, please reschedule your appointment.

If you develop, a skin condition, please clear it with your doctor before receiving a massage.
